Pet Friendly Services announced in their 3rd Quarter Impact Report newsletter that they are now offering $10 spay/neuter certificates (for those who qualify as ‘low-income’) in ALL 92 Indiana counties for pit mixes and large dogs.
This is a great opportunity for qualified pet owners to get their pit, pit-mix, and other dogs over 50lbs fixed for only $10! We were told that this program is donor-funded and only a limited number of discounted certificates will be available so do not wait to request yours!

Pet Friendly Services is an amazing resource for animals in Indiana. They regularly offer their Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) vouchers to qualified low-income pet owners for only $25, on a limited basis each week. You can learn more about that program here: https://petfriendlyservices.org/spay-neuter-services/spay-neuter-assistance-program-snap/
If you don't qualify or don't have any pet's needing fixed, make sure to still spread the word to your friends and neighbors who might find this useful! The number #1 way to prevent homeless and unwanted animals is through spaying and neutering our furry friends!
For those that may not qualify for these reduced cost programs, the Greene County Humane Society also offers spay / neuter voucher to all Greene County residents that cover $35 of a pets surgery. These can be picked up in person at the Greene County Humane Society, 1026 N 1375 W, Linton, IN during open hours. Monday-Saturday 11AM - 4PM (until 7PM on Friday)
