About the Clinic

Fix ‘n’ Friends is a community-focused, low-cost spay and neuter clinic proudly operated by Greene County Humane Society. Created to help reduce pet overpopulation and make essential veterinary care more accessible, our clinic offers affordable surgical and wellness services for both cats and dogs. 

Whether you’re a Greene County resident or visiting from a neighboring area, our goal is simple: to keep pets healthy and families supported. 

Located inside our shelter in Linton, Indiana, Fix ‘n’ Friends opens its doors on June 9, 2025, and we’re here to provide compassionate care that fits your budget—because every pet deserves a healthy start.

Affordable Pet Care Options

Spay & Neuter Surgery

Dogs (under 100 lbs):
  • $90 – Greene County residents*
  • $110 – Out-of-county
Cats:
  • $60 – Greene County residents*
  • $80 – Out-of-county
Trap-Neuter-Return )TNR) Package:
*Feral Cats only. Live trap required
  • $40 – Includes:  Rabies, FVRCP, Eartip, Senergy
Important Notes:
✔ A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
✔ Free microchip included with every surgery (normally $10).
✔ Drop-off: 7:45–8:15 AM | Pick-up: 5:00 PM (Mon–Thurs).
✔ Proof of valid Rabies vaccination certificate required by Indiana law. Otherwise, vaccine will be given at an additional cost of $15.
*Must notify staff and provide proof of residency at time of checkout.
✔ All cats must be transported in secure carriers.

  • $20 – Da2pp (5-in-1 Vaccine)
  • $25 – Da2pp/L (9-in-1 Vaccine including Leptospirosis)
  • $15 – Bordetella (Kennel Cough Vaccine)
  • $20 – Heartworm Test
  • $30 – 4-in-1 Test (Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis)
  • $20 – Leptospirosis Vaccine

✔ Exam Fee Waived when you purchase preventatives during your visit.

✔ Heartworm Preventatives require an annual heartworm test. ($20)
